Ed is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas. He started his professional career as a JAG officer in the US Marine Corps where, in addition to prosecuting major felony and misdemeanor jury trials, Ed deployed extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East as the legal representative for front-line forces. In addition to his legal background, Ed has worked in the business and financial services sector. He joined the Actuarial Board for Counseling and Discipline as the Counsel in Spring 2019.
